Seton to make comeback at this weekend’s Hottrax round

Seton Tuning boss Phil Seton will return to competition at this weekend’s Hottrax Snetterton round, riding a Yamaha R1 with Mark Clark, owner of long term sponsor Linxel and Andy Goddard.

The three-man team will ride under the Seton Tuning Yamaha banner on a brand new bike that arrived too late to contest the opening three rounds of the Hottrax National 1000cc six-hour
Endurance Championship.

“I’ve just hit a milestone birthday that some may call middle age and it’s time to dust my leathers off and get back to competitive racing. I need to understand our product in great depth to continue to get the best out of it, the only way to do that is to ride the bikes that we develop,” said Seton.

“I’m in good company though, Mark Clark was part of the team that came second in the Hottrax National Championship last year and Andy Goddard is no stranger to competitive racing. I feel confident that we can put in a good result this weekend.”
